- Document page size must be correct relative to final trim.
Quarter-inch space recommended between live area and trim. One-eighth-inch
bleeds, beyond trim size, added to meet bindery requirements.
- Files MUST be accompanied by a SWOP approved color proof
of each page. Ads without an approved proof will not be guaranteed to reproduced accurately.
ADS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A PROOF.
- Please avoid small multicolor type, as misregistration
will render such type illegible.
- All pages resubmitted for changes must be accompanied
by a new and current laser (marked for color) or color proof.
- Supplied Disk(s) should be properly labeled with advertiser
name, studio or agency name and intended issue of publication.
- A proof must be shipped overnight for all ads delivered electronically.
